Commission is calculated on the monthly plan price — i.e. Starter (€19), Growth (€129) or Scale (€399). Not included are variable extras such as messages above the included limit (overage) or additional channels. These costs vary by usage and are therefore not part of the commission base.
You don't just earn once — you earn every month, for as long as your referral stays a supporTen.ai customer. If a customer uses the Growth plan for 24 months, you earn commission for 24 months. No extra effort.
Commissions are paid out automatically once the customer payment is received and booked. Payouts are made monthly by bank transfer or PayPal from a minimum of €25.
Premium partners are agencies, marketplace consultants, coaches, YouTubers or other multipliers with access to a relevant seller community. All applications are reviewed manually. Typical criterion: you have regular contact with more than 20–30 marketplace sellers.
The attribution is permanent (no 30-day cookie expiry like many other programs). Once someone registers through your link, they are permanently attributed to you — even if they only buy months later.
